TASTY THURSDAY- FAMILY BURRITO

Here is a quick and great tasting burrito recipe that I got from Pampered Chef about 6 years ago. This is my own version of it. It's always a hit whenever I make it.

Family Size Burrito

1 small can of refried beans
1 lb of hamburger meat seasoned with taco seasoning(can also use chicken)
2 c. shredded cheese
4 Burrito sized flour tortillas
2 plum tomatoes

Brown and drain hamburger, add taco seasoning. Overlap 4 tortillas on a large round pan. Next, spread the refried beans onto the tortillas, in a 10x10 inch square. Now add taco meat to the beans. Sprinkle about a cup of cheese over meat. Now, fold tortillas over mixture in an envelope pattern. Slice tomatoes and arrange on top of the burrito. Cover with remaining cheese and bake at 425 for about 20 minutes. Serve with guacamole, sour cream, salsa, cheese, jalapenos, and olives. Enjoy!
