HAPPY THURSDAY, EVERYONE!
This is a recipe that Mama used to make, but hasn't in a while. I don't know why, because these things are GOOD! Here's the recipe....
Crust:
1 box butter pecan cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter
Filling:
1 lb. confectioner’s sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
½ cup chopped pecans
Mix crust ingredients together and pat into 9 x 13 pan.
Next, mix filling ingredients & pour over crust. Top with pecans & bake in 300 degree oven for 50 - 60 minutes. Brownies will be golden brown and gooey in the middle.
